**What the role is**
- At REACH, we constantly strive to hear from as many Singaporeans as we can, so that Singaporeans can have their views heard by policymakers. In this role, you will help to design effective engagement initiatives between the Government and Singaporeans on national issues, policies, and topical issues of interest.

**What you will be working on**
- You will work with REACH colleagues to increase public awareness about the variety of platforms on which they could share their views with the Government.
- You will work with the team to conceptualise and execute social media campaigns to improve public awareness about REACH, so that Singaporeans would share their feedback with REACH and trust that their feedback will make a difference.
- You will create interesting social media content for REACH’s various platforms, so as to amplify REACH’s initiatives.

**What we are looking for**
- A passion for public communications and engagement, and a genuine desire to help shape public policies by gathering and analysing feedback from Singaporeans.
- Savviness with digital platforms, and willingness to push boundaries and create interesting digital content for REACH’s platforms.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as necessary.
