**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team looking to ensure sufficient access and optimal distribution of foreign manpower across the healthcare sector.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be supporting the successful implementation of foreign manpower policies for the acute hospitals and community care sector to ensure sustainability of the healthcare workforce.
You will be required to undertake analysis on foreign manpower utilisation data for various schemes and present the findings to improve operational processes. You will also regularly liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to provide operational support where needed, in line with key foreign manpower policy objectives.

- Meticulous, with a systematic approach to problem solving.
- Team player who appreciates different perspectives.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools to conduct basic data analysis (e.g. Excel).
