**Job Description:
**We require top talent that can bring expertise to the Team and partner with our client, at this time.
**The Core Objectives**:
Taking on queries from merchants or customers on their account set up.
Liaising with merchants on necessary documents and updating into system
Querying Data & Generating report for merchants request and management
need.
Other ad hoc admin & customer service duties.
**Essential Experience / Criteria**:
Microsoft Word/Powerpoint/Excel Skills is a must (Knowledge of functions such
as vlookup, pivot tables)
Account Management experience would be an advantage
Poly/ A Levels or Fresh Graduates/University students on semester break are
welcome to apply
**Desirable Experience / Criteria**:
At least 6 months of prior office work experience
Fast Learner, Responsible Independent Worker, Good Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of Tableau, Holistics, Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL and any other programming language is a plus
