**Working Hours**: 5 days work week

Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
Performing the full spectrum of Contractual matters which includes, inter alia, drafting, vetting, amending, negotiating, advocating, contractual management (pre and post) etc.
Ensuring compliance with the internal controls, code of corporate governance, statutory regulations (including the stock-exchange) and other formalities.
Managing and advising on all risks with regards to the business, functions and decision-making processes.
Implementing procedures as well as ensuring that all confidential information (whether belonging to the Company or its Clients) are kept in strict confidence.
To manage and attend to all dispute and litigations whenever arises.
Keeping up and updating the Company with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function.
Review, standardisation, maintaining templates of legal documents.

**Job Requirement**:
Degree in Law or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Marie/Oil & Gas industry
Familiar with company law and corporate transactions
Meticulous and good organisation skills
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Able to work well independently as well as in a team
IT savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Only SingaporeanBachelors Degree
