**Take ownership for project management**

As a Lead Systems Engineer has technical responsibility for some aspects of the Execution Phase of a Subsea Project. Reporting directly to the Regional SPS Projects Leader, and functionally to the SPS System Engineering Manager, this is an important role working in a high profile function.

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will be accountable for Engineering and Technical responsibility for an SPS Project could include some of the following:

- Managing of Internal and External Interfaces
- Creating and contributing to the System Master Equipment List and Master Document Register
- Delivering of the System Field Layouts and Distribution schematics
- Delivering of the System Design Basis and Functional Design Specifications
- Oversighting towards Material selection and Corrosion protection Philosophy
- Contributing to Design Verification Program
- Supporting the Technical Change control process
- Having awareness of Technical Assurance program
- Contributing towards Flow Assurance, Hydrate Management and Thermal Design
- Having 3rd party certification and regulatory compliance programs
- Contributing to Intervention, Inspection, maintenance and repair strategy
- Supporting to System Integrating testing program
- Having Technical Risk Management plan including HAZOP &HAZID
- Having Reliability Management incl. RAM analysis, FMECA and SIL engineering

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Masters or Bachelor degree in Engineering or science based discipline
- Have Chartered Engineer or PE certification is preferred
- Be able to create and lead multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed teams
- Have strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Be able to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts and deduce solutions
- Have excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Be availabile to travel internationally for project needs and for short term assignments
- Be a fluent Mandarin and English speaker
