The Senior Software Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in software development projects. They will analyze client requirements, design and implement software solutions, and provide technical assistance throughout the development lifecycle. The Senior Software Consultant will also lead a team of developers, ensure project deliverables are met, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description: : Senior Software Consultant

**Responsibilities**
- **Good knowledge of core and advanced modules: Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Oracle Learning Management, iRecruitment, Time & Labor, Compensation & Performance Management**:

- **Excellent experience with Oracle workflow, AME, HRMS personalization**:

- **Knowledge in SQL, PLSQL, underlying HRMS tables & the data that is or can be handled through each of the modules; guide technical resources in maintaining the integration touch points.**:

- **Expertise in payroll balance configuration & conversion, year-end mid-year balance adjustment, execution of payroll processes, generation of Pay Slip, and government reports for Oracle Payroll.**:

- **Expertise in writing and modification of Fast formulas used in Payroll (UAE experience is a plus)**:

- **Proficient in defining Users, Responsibilities, Creating Functions, Menus, Request sets, Request groups, Registering Concurrent programs, Lookup types, and defining Value sets.**:

- **Proficient in Payroll Costing integration (with Finance)**

**Skills/Requirement**:

- **Required to have experience in Oracle EBS modules — Financials,P2P,HRMS along with Tools — OAF, XML Reports, RDF reports, Forms, Oracle Discoverer, Workflow, Toad, SqlPlus, Informatica, SoapUI**
- **Should have at least 2-3 full cycle implementations of HR Payroll modules including requirement gathering, design, development, testing & training.**
