**Job Description:
- Responsibilities**:

- Analysing business problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency or increase profits
- Communicating with clients about project status and issues that arise during implementation of new systems
- Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and technology to identify areas for improvement in existing systems
- Consulting with clients to determine their needs and goals, then designing a computer system to meet those needs
- Analysing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Ensure minimum quality assessments are completed on each call center member.
- Monitor success of interventions and report to team lead.
- Interact on a day-to-day basis with members of a core set of key internal partners, including risk, technology, control, legal, and compliance, to support the ongoing semi-annual rate reevaluation process.
- Address disciplinary and performance opportunities quickly, consistently, fairly, and in accordance with organizational policy and process.
- Participate in the on-call after hours escalation support team rotation.
- Attend required meetings, training sessions, supervision, briefings and program activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across internal audit and other stakeholders.
