**What You’ll Do**

As a KOL Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our brand awareness and user base by identifying, managing, and activating influencer partnerships across key social channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and recruit crypto and fintech influencers (Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Build and manage long-term relationships with KOLs and content creators
- Coordinate content planning and campaign execution with influencers
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to align messaging
- Track market trends and competitor campaigns to stay ahead

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year experience in influencer/KOL/community marketing (crypto/Web3 preferred)
- Active social media user or micro-KOL with strong platform knowledge (Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to execute and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong passion for Web3, crypto, and the creator economy

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with global KOLs across different regions
- Familiarity with campaign tools, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Chinese language skills for Greater China markets (optional but a plus)
