The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, notifications, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for building data infra to continuously drive user growth in Bytedance. Create high-quality data service and efficient data platform to empower business.
**2. Data Asset Construction**: Integrate and maintain global media channel data, external partner data and internal cross-functional data. Work closely with Data Analyst to optimize core advertising metrics, including: ROI, attribution, cost etc.
**3. Data Strategy and Data Platform Construction**: Work closely with the business side to effectively discover pain points and build data product solutions for scenarios related to data management, data usage and improvements to the efficiency of the advertising business.
**Qualifications**:
1. Have a high passion for data and a keen sense of data-driven business. Result-oriented, self-driven, and good at driving stakeholders to achieve results together.

2. More than 4 years of data product experience. Experience in owning cross-border data asset construction from end to end: Familiar with cross-country and cross-region compliance and privacy requirements and regulations, event tracking design, data collection, data cleaning, data lineage management, metadata management, etc.; Experience in paid ads and e-commerce related data asset construction is a bonus.
3. More than 1 year user growth experience with successful experience on formulating advertising core metrics and data-driven improvement.
4. In-depth knowledge of the capabilities in major global advertising media (Google, Facebook, TikTok Ads, ASA, Twitter). Able to fully utilize the media capabilities to empower growth.
