**Office of the Provost**:
**Short Description**:
He/she will work closely with the manager to oversee matters relating to Faculty and Associates management. He/She should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with academics and other administrative executives. With the ability to multitask, attend to details and complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently within given timelines.
- Oversee the appointment/deployment of associates/course developers, i.e., work with schools and relevant departments to ensure that associates/course developers are deployed in accordance with the university's policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper records of the External Assessors and Programme External Examiners.
- Maintain the full-time faculty database, ensuring that the database is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare reports and statistics as and when required.
- Review policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures regularly. Stay up-to-date with best practices in the field of faculty recruitment and management. Identify areas where the university's policies and procedures can be improved.
- Participate in University-wide activities such as graduation, invigilation, and other university-wide activities as assigned.
- Any other duties as assigned be willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- A resourceful team player and leader with a lot of initiative and an ability to work independently.
- Good time management.
- Mature and meticulous.
- Pleasant disposition with a high level of integrity.
- Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
