- We are looking for a Senior Executive, Customer Centric to join our company.
- In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with piece of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match local expertise with strict global standards, making sure we consistently make our customers’ port calls as efficient and safe as possible.
- The Senior Executive, Customer Centric will report to Customer Relationship Assistant Manager.
- Who you are:
- You will provide a single point of contact in handling the daily operations and providing the highest level of customer centricity in expanding and maintaining an excellent relationship with customers through an efficient and effective coordination of all operational and customer service department activities.What you will be doing:
- It will involve developing and managing customers, answering their enquiries and queries, performing all Freight Administration within the specified time frames.
- Organize, assist customers to identify their needs/ concerns and guide them towards Customer retention and/or support arrest objective.
- Develop strategies and solutions for customer support, participate in implementation or improvement of initiatives associated with customer service.
- Establish standards for best customer support practices.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Sales team & Interact with customers in a professional manner and ensure information on shipment operational status is promptly relayed to the customers.
- Supervise the activities of lesser customer service representatives in the accomplishment of customer care goals.
- Strive to increase the enquiry hit rate, keeping a record of all inquiries received and reason of lost enquiries. Assist in arranging business reviews and prepare analysis/ customer service evaluations/ KPI reports.
- Correspond with agents & clients regarding operational requests / issues & work closely with the Team to promptly investigate and resolve complaints / problems.
- Working within the company governance.
- Carry out all other activities as assigned by superiors.
**Job Requirement**
- To be considered for a role as the Senior Executive, Customer Centric you must meet:
- A diploma or equivalent degree and/or at least 3-5 years of experience in the said field or in any related area
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Customer management skills
- Familiarity with various practices, concepts, and procedures of the field gives you an added advantage
- Excellent customer skills, Effective communication skills
- Ability to thrive effectively under pressure.
- Self
- motivated individual with the ability to multitask.- Good problem solving and people skills.
- Result oriented and driven.
