**Job Title**:ComplianceExecutive

**Department**: Risk, Compliance & Safety

**Reporting to**:Safety &** **Compliance Manager

**Job Purpose**:To ensures company’s business compliance with legal requirement and conformance to the international standards and company policies. To monitor company’s operations to ensure they are carried out effectively and provide advice to the respective stakeholder for corrective action, preventive activities or continuous improvements where applicable.
**Educational/Professional Qualification**:Degree/Diploma in any disciplines and/or Professional Certificate/Diploma

**Working Experience/Exposure**:

- At least 3 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an established facilities management organization.
- Possess good knowledge of industrial practice and familiar with the regulations.
- Possess integrity, with a “Can Do” attitude
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and reviewing the SOP, operational work processes and policies of the department
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliance situations.
- Recommend best practices and improvements to the department’s work processes and procedures
- Prepare and submit reports, statistics and presentations on related issues
- Review the system regularly and make recommendation to improve on process
- Develop and implement the control systems to prevent and deal with noncompliance with legal requirement and nonconformance to the International Standards and company policies.
- Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Liaise and coordinate with all the departments
- Assisting management in coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including annual or periodic reviews of departments
- Support in all other functions necessary to achieve and fulfill department goals
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, keep abreast of current business developments and regulatory issues that may impact the risk environment of the Company
- Ensure prompt and effective communication of regulatory requirements, licensing matters and upcoming changes to regulatory requirements in relation to jurisdictions where Keppel Housing maintain business operations.
- Assist the compliance team to evaluate the potential commercial and/or operational impact resulting from specific regulatory changes or legislations
- Self-starter with positive mind set to work in any challenging situations.
- Ability to work under time constraint and pressure
- Maintain appropriate relationships with relevant regulators and authorities and proactively engage with them, in particular in connection with reporting, review findings and support in the implementation of corrective measures to mitigate any identified risks
- Drive the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
- Manage breach reporting process and track completion of rectification actions.
- Maintain the library of regulations and its relevance to the relevant functions.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager
**Qualification**
- Possess a University Degree, or Professional Diploma
- Experience in conducting compliance audit will be a plus
- Those with knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred
