We are looking for a Japanese speaker to join our rapidly growing team as the Solution Architect - Japan. This person will be responsible to support the sales process through technical expertise, ensuring the solution provided to our customers adequately addresses their needs. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Japan market while being based in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team and prospects to understand the situation, problem, impact, and the needs of the client.
- Present Tricentis solutions to clients and partners.
- Provide input into solutions and proposals from a technical and business case point of view, which clearly articulates the commercial and technical benefits.
- Ensure the sales team and prospects feel confident throughout the sales process by providing technical expertise and input through to closure.
- Proactively research to develop and maintain a general awareness of all Tricentis products and their benefits and having a particular specialisation in one or two key areas.
- Communicate with the global product management, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Research and analyse industry and market trends, to be able to present Tricentis Solutions in context to those.
- Undertake competitor analysis and educating the sales team on the value proposition of Tricentis’ solutions

**Qualifications**:

- General:

- Excellent command of Japanese language, both written and spoken
- Ability to think on the spot to provide balanced and detailed responses to questions
- Varied industry experience to bring diversity in perspective
- Understanding of product sales cycle
- Strong communication/presentation skills and an ability to clearly articulate value propositions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to travel internationally
- General flexibility and adaptability to working hours
- Technical:

- Understanding of common system development/testing methodologies (e.g. Agile, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience in automation (Testing or RPA)
- Knowledge of common cloud platforms and cloud concepts
- Beneficial:

- Previous experience working as a solution architect (presales)
- Previous experience working with SAP product portfolio
- Previous experience in consulting
