**Caretaker (Building) - Property Management
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily walkabout to ensure the building’s upkeep.
- Daily checks of the building systems.
- Report and provide feedback on the building maintenance.
- Guide contractors / service vendors around the building to allow them to conduct their job / service.
- Perform cleaning duties at the building.
- Perform simple troubleshooting and handyman works (eg. changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, basic sanitary and plumbing works, etc).
- Manage and attend to all complaints, feedback and service requests from tenants / guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure safekeeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping of work area.
- Response and attend to emergency calls after office hours.
- Accommodation can be provided.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work Location: Geylang area
