**About Our Client**:
Global luxury and cosmetics retail business.

There are two initiatives that this role will focus on, as part of transformative projects under Employee's engagement:

- Employee Portal Migration Project
- Digital P-File Platform Project

Planning:

- Attends regular project update meetings and report project status and escalate the risks to local project managers
- Arrange meeting with local Editorial Committee and coordinate, update and monitor project status/ action items/ follow ups accordingly
- Work with project team to plan and execute technical and integration testing activities and change management exercise (s)

Deployment:

- Ensure testing activities are done on a timely basis
- Highlight risks and issues
- Support and coach managers in adopting project system to achieve utilisation targets and self
- service by managers and employees, as part of change management efforts
- manage and follow up on all employee user on the new platform regularly
- Data Reporting Analytics (surveys, engagement, feedback, data analysis)

General:

- Support PM in partnering with Key stakeholders to deliver effective project implementation, ensuring project team is on track with delivering submissions and design specifications on time
- Collaborates closely with relevant teams to deliver information as required
- Manages operational topics in stages of site map & design, site migration, process mapping, governance, site deployment, engagement exercises, etc.
- Drive project coordination best practices and project governance throughout the life cycle of the project, including close-out. Work closely with Local PM to continuously refine best practices

Project Coordinator:

- Coordinate, update and monitor all project activities against planned time-lines
- Collaborates closely with regional PM and local teams and vendors to deliver effective project implementation
- Works with project team members to plan and execute the physical P - file
- Ensure vendors deliver the expected project deliverable and time-lines
- Daily HR operations on employee life cycle
- Other PM and employee engagement matters

**The Successful Applicant**:

- You have background in the following competencies such as: project & event management, workplace optimisation, HR system, operational excellence, data management, communication, etc.
- You will have people & leadership competencies, collaboration and listening skills
- You are good in multi-tasking, organised and approachable
- Has a degree in Communication/ HR
- About 4 years of background in HR Operations & Communication
- background in managing HR projects (transformation and digitisation)
- Can manage vendors
