**What the role is**
- 1. Assist the Deputy General Manager to coordinate communications’ strategies and develop and implement integrated communications plans for OTH’s programmes. 2. Develop integrated internal and external communication strategies to profile OTH’s market presence and contribution to community engagement through content development, corporate media and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, YouTube & Tik Tok as well as OTH web content on PA website) 3. Manage digital communications and appointed social media agency by overseeing daily content curation and campaign execution, ensuring optimal engagement, publicity, and coverage for OTH, its stakeholders and partners as well as monitor audience engagement through data analytics 4. Manage all media-related and public relations matters. This will include planning and working on media pitches and engaging media regularly to build good relations. Managing public relations which include responding to public feedback and complaints to protect OTH’s reputation 5. Partner PA Divisions, Grassroots organisations, community partners, government agencies and non-government agencies to develop and expand the network of communications channels 6. Provide administrative support including managing the budget, overseeing staff development which includes identifying training needs and assessing staff performance, preparing of concept papers, reports and publications, curating content for Learning Journeys and organising tours to promote OTH’s programmes and facilities
