We are currently recruiting for a SEAT Access Marketing Manager, a short term assignment, to be based in Singapore. As the **SEAT Access Marketing Manager,**you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational Access goals of the SEAT Business Unit. Reporting to SEAT Marketing Director OHC, in Singapore, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including R&D, QSC, Finance, Local team to build plans to drive health in more hands for our Access markets. You will lead de development of short
- and long-term plans to address the un-met consumer needs our Access Consumers.

**Responsibilities**:
Access Strategy
- Define the right product portfolio for Access markets, with detailed plans per channel including distribution targets and pricing
- Outline the right learning plan and tracking system to enable constant monitoring and improvement
- Lock sustainable support model to drive penetration

Innovation Support:

- Lead innovation plans for Access platform to build a scalable pipeline.
- Support the development and testing of consumer concepts focused on science and product innovations that align with the broader strategy.

Cross-Regional Collaboration:

- Inspire and guide local teams to drive alignment and foster a culture of enterprise thinking and accountability.Leverage local insights to identify business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
- Strategic influencing capabilities involving both mental agility and people agility to understand and align stakeholder requirements.
- Analytical mindset with P&L management experience and strong ability to leverage data for decision-making.
