**Role & Responsibilities**
- _Manage business activities of the educational programs focusing on the financial and strategic growth of the unit.
- Recognise new opportunities and develop programs to expand the current portfolio
- Manage curriculum development using various pedagogical models and efficient execution of the school programs.
- Lead a small core team of 3 and a large trainer pool. Empowering and retaining qualified staff that will contribute to unit goals and the company at large.
- Execute Business Development and marketing activities to secure program contracts and steadily grow annual revenue targets
- Build an effective relationship with the schools and other clients to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
- Work with other stakeholders to define, strategize and execute various components of the program unit.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**
- Manage a team with revenue targets and operational excellence is essential
- Design programs with different educational models, frameworks, and emerging pedagogy
- Manage multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and project management skills

**Duration of Attachment**: 6 months

The role will be permanent after the successful completion of the training.
- This position reports to the Director and interfaces with managers and executives; school teachers and local partners and manages the school programs.
