
Product Marketing Manager

**Product Strategy & Vision**: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
- **Product Roadmap**: Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features, updates, and new products based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends. Use insights to inform product direction and positioning.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to bring products to market and enhance existing ones. Ensure alignment across all departments on product goals and strategies.
- **Requirements Gathering**: Translate customer needs and business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
- **Product Development Lifecycle**: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through development, testing, and launch. Ensure timely delivery of features and products.
- **Customer Feedback & Product Iteration**: Continuously gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to improve product features, functionality, and overall user experience.
- **Go-to-Market Strategy**: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze key product performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Product Evangelism**: Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally, sharing the product vision and engaging with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
**Requirements**:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
- Preferably an MBA in addition
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of product development processes
- Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and present product strategies and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
