This position reports to the Director. Our company provides consulting services to companies relating to business matters, specialized in IT.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

- Manage and run IT projects to ensure all project outcomes and deadlines are met as well as address and reassure clients on project matters.
- Provide the best advice and plan the best solutions for all client's queries and problems in all aspects of business matters, especially related to IT.
- Maintain good relationships with co-workers, Senior Manager and clients to ensure all projects run smoothly. Also, able to bring in new clients through client-relationship building.
- Provide good IT business-related advice to ensure all solutions for clients do not infringe with any legislations and achieve the desired outcome of projects. Also, to be able to answer any clients' queries relating to IT matters.
- Gather information from clients, analyze the problems, provide solutions and uncover any other issues that may arise pertaining to IT.
- Able to identify issues beforehand and develop business solution plans that is most suitable to address and resolve any issues to meet client's needs.

3. Competencies:

- Project management skills and knowledge on project matters to handle any queries from clients.
- Familiar with diverse business matters such as HR, Marketing and IT primarily.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with co-workers and clients well.
- Well-verse with all legislations related to business matters in Singapore to handle clients' projects well.
- Good analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills to know how to resolve and provide solutions to meet client's needs.

4. Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered:
6 months
