You will join our growing People Team and be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders including but not limited to Senior Management, Global TA Manager, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to fulfil staffing needs based on project timelines and to attract the best talent for us. You will leverage on your valuable experience to support talent acquisition (end-to-end) and HR projects from time to time. What you can expect to be doing*

Partner with the stakeholders on resource requisitions and obtaining appropriate approvals.

Achieve recruitment KPIs as defined.
- Assist to craft and update job descriptions.
- Schedule interview arrangements, including to attend interviews with hiring managers.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Gather necessary documentation to prepare for onboarding.
- Participate in employer branding and HR initiatives at the global, regional, and local scale.
- Compile recruitment reports and metrics for Management.
- Assist HRBP on recruitment and HR admin-related activities as and when required.

What you will bring*

Around 1 - 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment within a corporate/consulting environment.
*
- Self-starter, meticulous, well-organised, and possess a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Warm personality and proactive team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- IT-savvy and ideally equipped with experience in using ATS.
- Fluency in English.
