- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout program implementation.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Theatre, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in arts education or pedagogical methodologies are advantageous.
- **Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational program development or leadership roles within the education sector.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving successful educational initiatives.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of current trends in education, particularly in Arts Education.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
