Coinlive is a one-stop news and cryptocurrency data independent portal serving the Asian market. We pursue timely, comprehensive, professional and accurate information and data, and are committed to providing better products and services for blockchain entrepreneurs and digital currency investors. Coinlive is an in-house Brand managed by Newbit Technology. We are now looking for Marketing Manager to join our growing team to manage and execute our paid media strategy. This includes planning, buying and optimising campaigns across all the major advertising channels, including display, native, search, video, social media and mobile, to ensure the goals of the company are met.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop marketing strategy and campaign goals to fit the budget and business objectives.
- Monitor competitors’ tactics in paid ads to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop, plan and execute creative digital marketing campaigns across different channels /platforms including but not limited to Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads and Apple Search Ads etc.
- Create relevant, compelling, and engaging content for multiple digital platforms.
- Develop marketing, promotions, and events initiatives to expand market exposure.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify benchmarks, trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Provide analytics, insights, and improvement actions for all digital channels to align with business goals.
- Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
- Own and manage contacts with media platform partners to identify optimization opportunities and sharing of digital marketing best practices globally.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing to reach new market segments whilst increasing brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the company.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Analytical, performance-driven, meticulous with data, strong research, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting software such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Data Studio, MS Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Tables).
- Understanding of DSPs and the ad network ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology and mechanics will be an advantage.
- Ability to self-manage and to work independently with little supervision while meeting expectations - and able to collaborate well within a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
