**What the role is**
- MANAGER/ DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, ASSET SERVICES

**What you will be working on**
- As a key member of our dynamic Finance team, you will be in-charge of the accounting and management of all LTA’s road, rail and infrastructural assets. This role will provide you with the opportunity to glean deep insights on the development of major infrastructural assets in Singapore. You will oversee the day-to-day finance operations pertaining to these assets. You will partner with our business divisions and stakeholders in the management and custodian of these assets through the asset’s lifecycle, from the time the asset is capitalised to the time the asset is retired. You will furnish asset information to our business divisions to achieve common work outcomes. Being an asset partner, you will analyse and examine our asset data, and make recommendations to management based on your findings. Beyond these, you will be the catalyst to drive change within the department by conducting process reviews and assessing if any process may be done faster, better and leaner. You will be a champion for transformation and digitalisation by leveraging digital tools, exploring new technology and implementing these technologies to work processes within the Asset Services team.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Accountancy or Business - At least 2 years of working experience in finance related functions - Knowledge of SAP and/or Government NFS Financial System / UIPATH / Python will be advantageous - Committed, meticulous and self-driven with passion for continuous learning and improvement - Able to work independently and effectively as a team - Able to perform under pressure and tight timeline - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
