**Responsibilities**:

- To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of operations
- Perform monthly maintenance for hardwares on site
- On rotational 24/7 standby to attend any site issues during after office hours and weekends
- Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues on site
- Maintaining good client relations
- Track and manage faults reports
- Support project team during new project depolyment
- Communicating with clients to ensure that services are delivered effectively
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback to management

**Job Qualifications**:

- Diploma in IT or any related technical discipline
- Experience in Windows & Linux Operating System
- Experience hands on with Raspberry PI hardware added advantage
- Experience in Windows Server and Microsoft SQL added advantage
- Familiar with AWS, Azure Cloud services added advantage
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- Ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Able to work independently

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 2 years (preferred)
