Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and strategy in Singapore.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet monthly and yearly sales and profit budgets by account.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand existing business levels.
- Provide prompt and professional support to external and internal customers to address their concerns and needs.
- Conduct effective presentations to multiple decision-makers across various segments to promote the company's products and services.
- Gather market intelligence, provide product and solution input, and give feedback and recommendations to the R&D teams at headquarters.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data as required by management.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience in related industries or construction background.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Working location: Ubi.
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
