We are looking for a full-time Clinic Assistant here at Alami Clinic Alami clinic is a specialist clinic in the community which provides accessible, affordable and team-based care. We are also soon starting a GP service. Prior clinic experience preferred.

In this role, you would provide day-to-day administrative assistance, bridge the gap between doctor and patient, and work with our team towards making geriatric care available and accessible to all.

What you will do:

- Administration: registration, vital signs, scheduling & payment
- Pack & dispense medicine
- Customer service: ensuring that our customers’ expectations are met
- Other duties as needed by operational needs

(training will be provided for medication dispensing & use of computer systems)

Pay: $1,542.40 - $3,082.25 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Late shift
- Shift system
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
