Job Responsibilities:

- Registering of patients under the right category of Private, CHAS or Medisave patients.
- Be friendly and patient with the patients, many of them being young children, parents of young children, and Mandarin Chinese speaking elderly. Be professional even in challenging situations.
- Assist the doctors in procedures like ECG, surgical procedures and health examination.
- Pack medications according to what was dispensed and explain to patients how to take their medications under supervision from the doctors.
- Collect payment and/or make claims for CHAS or Medisave patients.
- Ensure cleanliness of clinic at all times.
- Able to work independently and with initiative.

Job Requirements:

- We are looking for a patient-oriented clinic assistant to join our Paddington Medical Team.
- Past experience of working in a clinic is required because we require independent clinic assistants who can demonstrate strong work ethic and are able to competently handle their responsibilities of working in the healthcare industry.

**Renumeration and Benefits**:
Paddington Medical remunerates our team members according to level of experience and work ethic demonstrated. Although we are looking for a permanent team member, we will have a 3-month probation for all new team members during which the **hourly rate will be $15 per hour**

After the 3-month probation period, only with **satisfactory **work performance, team members will be offered a permanent position with appropriate remuneration and salary with benefits pegged to work performance.

**Working hours**:

- We are looking for an applicant who is willing to work during:

- Monday - 8.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
- Tuesday - 2pm to 5pm
- Wednesday - 8.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
- Thursday - 2pm to 5pm
- Friday - 8.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
- Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
