- Monthly**Requirements**:
1. Managing 400 uniformed officers in various Government and Commercial contracts.
2. Oversee the operations department. A team of 8 operations executives and 8 patrolling officers who carry out and discharge deployment, manpower performance and customer management functions.
3. Support operations executives through manpower management and client management functions.
4. Liason for government agencies (SPF, PLRD, MOM).
5. Ensure KPIs (performance checks, customer satisfaction and deployment) are met on a monthly basis.
6. Effective project management through collaboration between departments (Systems, HR, Finance, Operations and Command Centre).
7. Mentor, appraise and conduct on-job-training for HQ operations executives (Client management, Man management, Resource management).
8. Involved in organisation level initiatives and audits.
9. Support business development with proposal strategies and participation in tender interviews.
