The mission of the Youth Preventive Service (YPS) of the Health Promotion Board (HPB) is to promote good health and reduce illness among schoolchildren. There are also upscaling efforts to reduce obesity prevalence among Singapore students. Youth Preventive Health Service Division (YPHS) is one of the 3 divisions under YPS. The services provided by the YPHS include health screening and immunisation for the children and youth in Singapore. YPHS has 4 departments namely School Health Service, Student Health Centre, Student Wellness Service and Nursing Service.

You will be a part of HPB’s Student Wellness Service Department, to administer school-based and clinic-based weight management programmes for overweight and severely overweight students, severely underweight students as well as for normal weight students with borderline BMI measurement.

**What You Can Expect**
- Performing data analytics to assess the nationwide implementation of programs, providing insights for pilot/program evaluations and facilitating management reporting on program effectiveness.
- Evaluating the efficiency of the weight management program by synthesizing information and examining various perspectives on the matter.
- Extracting key insights from the evaluation of the weight management program to refine and enhance its overall effectiveness.
- Supporting departmental operations through activities such as vendor management, billing, and program implementation. This involves collaborating with vendors and other departments to ensure service delivery, implementing process improvements, and conducting regular audits on processes and deliverables.

- Familiar with Microsoft PowerBI and data analytic skills

- Able to think strategically and demonstrate strong analytical skills and creativity in generating ideas and solutions to complex issues
