**Job Scope**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their renovation needs.
- Draws up a quotation and timeline for the work.
- Work out a realistic schedule for each renovation work.
- Ensure and oversees the project from start to finish.
- Making sure the project is completed.
- Collect payments from clients using a Progressive Payment system,

**Requirement**:
Only for those who are:

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new things in order to advance his knowledge as a contractor.
- Responsive to the client and keeps his word.
- Willingness to find solutions that are best for the client's interest.

**Plus**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Those who have experience in interior design.
- Person who has their own transportation
