**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design needs and preferences.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients using sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and renovation projects using CAD software.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of each project.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure design integrity throughout the remodeling process.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
- Prepare contracts for services rendered and oversee the execution of those contracts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3ds Max.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in budgeting for design projects and managing costs efficiently.
- Excellent drafting skills with a keen eye for detail in both aesthetics and functionality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to interior design is a plus.
- Previous experience in remodeling or renovation projects is highly desirable.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
