**Responsibilities**:
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Responsible for digital marketng and ecommerce in the marketing department.
- Responsible for full spectrum of marketing plan and strategies.
- Identify new target segments and develop targeted sales and marketing programs.
- Develop and maintain company’s corporate branding and corporate identity program.
- Align marketing and branding directions across all business and operational levels.
- Managing the brand’s loyalty system and rewards program.
- **Able to come out with creative content with hashtag and daily or weekly post on official FB page and IG and Regular Updates of eCommerce sites and websites**
- Responsible for advertising and promotional (A&P) plans, initiatives and activities
- Responsible for copy writing of articles, marketing materials, product information, Press releases etc. Experience in Videoing and Livestreaming.
- Ensure timely implementation of marketing plans and activities.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.

**- Responsible for organizing events such as roadshows, workshop, product launch, talks**
- Communicate and inform the store & inventory team about upcoming activities and campaigns.

**- Responsible for Digital Marketing through social media FB, IG, Youtube, Google Ads. Able to come out creative content for FB / IG sponsored ads, Youtube Videos and Google ads.**
- Direct and drive excellent in execution of marketing materials, including print adv, press release, leaflet, catalogue, DM, EDM, web page, collaterals and visual merchandising in alignment with the brand direction and brand identity guidelines.
- Well versed in **eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Carousell.** Well versed in eCommerce site such as **Shopify and Wordpress and Woo Commerce**. Must be **IT savvy with websites setup and creating of landing pages for ads**

**_Job Requirements: _**
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing / related working experience in beauty industry.
- Direct exposure in the retails industry and consumer-products is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is an advantage. Pls bring along portfollio during interview
- Committed and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Organized, meticulous and results-driven.
- A team player who enjoys a teamwork environment.
- Excellent writing (both English and Mandarin), communication and interpersonal skills (In order to execute marketing campaigns, content strategies and plans across all social media channels in Mandarin language and as well as liaising with Mandarin speaking stakeholders/clients)
- Self-driven and possess positive working attitude.
- Strong business acumen and commercially minded.
- Good commercial sense, able to achieve fine balance of sales returns and brand building.

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
