**How will you value-add?**
A career in our Digital Tax Unit will provide you with the opportunity to works on Tax technology strategy and solutions. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and/or clients to enable them to understand the value in their data through analytics and visualization.
- Develop predictive modeling, statistics, data mining and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore and extract insights from data.
- Mine and analyse data from data sources to develop new products offering or drive optimisation and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Develop, utilise and maintain predictive/LLM models to identify targeted business outcome, measure business risk, and optimize user experiences.
- Use data and models to drive the development of risk mitigation strategies and interventions for clients while preserving and improving the user experience.
- Manage end to end projects - clarify requirements and devise research approaches.
- Stay on top of current business and industry trends.
**About you**
- Degree in a Quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) with at least 2 - 3 years of working experiences.
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques.
- Experience visualising/presenting data for stakeholders
- Adequate experience working in a data analytics role within a financial / professional services firm or in an engineering capacity.
- Proficient in the use of statistical modelling, algorithms, data mining and machine learning.
- Programming experience in SQL, Python, Cloud platforms and other relevant technical skills.
- Familiarity with mathematical, statistical and programmatic knowledge with LLMs will be preferred.
- Displaying thorough written/verbal communication skills and using presentation specialization to convey complex ideas to client & internal staff.
