**Role Description**
We are looking for a full-time, on-site **Recruitment Consultant**who is eager to be part of something bigger than just a job.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the guidance of our Success Team leader, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes (work permits, contracts, insurance) in compliance with the Employment Act and MDW regulations
- Supporting prospective clients by responding to inquiries over the phone and in person
- Supporting mediations or negotiations when required
- Liaise with MOM, clients, and partners using various CRM tools
- Close coordination with other departments to resolve issues
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of hiring processes to ensure operational efficiency

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any similar field
- CEI (Basic) Certification will be advantageous but not necessary
- Fresh graduates with the right mindset are welcome

**Skills / Abilities**
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with recruitment in migrant worker communities is preferred
- Managing accurate and detailed administrative work
- Team-player
- Ability to thrive under pressure
