**POSITION OVERVIEW**: This role requires a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, enhance engagement, and implement HR best practices aligned with business goals. You will drive internal communication, inclusivity, and employee experience initiatives as a culture ambassador.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring alignment with company values
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
People & Community Building
- Cultivate a connected, engaged, and inclusive workplace
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, team bonding, and company-wide engagement
- Organize events, town halls, and team-building activities
- Support employee-led resource groups, mentorship programs, and recognition initiatives
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture
- Implement engagement programs that foster motivation, recognition, and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership
- Conduct employee pulse checks and implement feedback-driven improvements
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Maintain and enhance HR policies in line with legal requirements
- Oversee performance review cycles and promote continuous feedback
Learning & Development
- Identify growth opportunities and implement training programs
- Support leadership and professional development initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and upskilling
Organizational Agility & Change Management
- Support leadership in navigating change in a fast-growing environment
- Develop scalable HR strategies aligned with business needs
- Proactively identify and resolve HR challenges
**Qualification & Experience**:
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Flexible, agile, and adaptable to change
- Resourceful and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Positive mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HR technology and data-driven decision-making is a plus
