**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This position consists of Quality Assurance in Design and Development aspect, Regulatory Compliance and Document Control management.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance**

Plan, direct and coordinate all activities required to ensure Korvis QMS procedures and guideline are effective, maintained and implemented. Additionally, offer quality support to specific projects on quality related programs and improvement initiatives.
- Establish and implement of the Korvis QMS policies and procedures which will be responsive to ISO Quality and corporate directives.
- Coordinate and facilitate 3rd party registration audits and periodic surveillance audits
- Act as Internal Auditor and support the Management Representative in coordinating and conducting internal audits.
- Organize, coordinate, train personnel and provide guidance and oversight on the Korvis QMS as well as agency and regulatory standards and activities as required
- Ensure adequate corrective actions are identified and implemented after appropriate definition and investigation
- Ensure effective Quality planning is done for the general Korvis Quality Plan as well as projects which require specific quality planning
- Ensure other employee are following project, area or company QMS guidelines, procedures and techniques
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to address issues which may relate to Korivs QMS

**Documentation Control Management**

Work with Engineering Department to prepare, manage and update documentation and drawings. Organize, archive, track and store all documentation and drawings in the company library and server
- Prepare and organize documentation, including writing operation manuals, updating mechanical and electrical drawings, organizing quotes, drawings registers, Bill of Material, machine photographs, correspondences, requisitions, schedules and any other project-related documents
- Review and understand the operations and sequences of the machines with the Engineers so as to prepare the operation manual accurately
- Take videos and photographs of the machines and organize them for presentation in the relevant manuals and documentations
- Mange the storage, retrieval and archive of all documents kept in the company library and server to ensure confidentiality in maintained and version management is in place
- Assist the Engineering Department to develop equipment training manuals for use in-house and by the customers
- Observe all health and safety policies and procedures

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree/Diploma in a related technical field.
- 1-2 years relevant experience as a Quality or Technical Engineer in Automation Industry or related field.
- Familiar with various quality systems, approaches and philosophies
- Ability to work independently and proactively in investigating and following through quality related issues to achieve resolution
- Ability to gather and correlate information and make formal and informal presentation to Korvis Management
- Ability to understand and interpret technical operations of the machines and translate them into operations manual clearly and concisely
- Ability to write clear and concise procedures and reports
- Participate in and effectively communicate in group discussions and meetings
- Strong organizational skills and discipline to ensure documents are controlled and managed
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
