**Responsibilities**:
The role requires the incumbent to undertake the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Disposition and fully document WLM alerts, including supporting data, analysis, rationale for disposition as flagged by the Bank’s internal screening system (Detica) on a timely basis.
- Review and analyze underlying data gathered from Detica to assess reasonable cause for escalate alert and clearance with Group Compliance
- Perform UAT on Detica or other systems enhancements and change requests raised by Group Compliance and/or Business units / Countries
- Perform User Verification in Detica Production according to test plan containing the summary of changes and scenarios at Group and Country levels.
- Maintain tracker and prepare project reports (e.g., risk and efficiency indicator metrics), and report on deviations or execution risks identified to senior management and other stakeholders
- To act as a control tower and to coordinate with Country teams on FCR indicators (leading / lagging) to ensure timely provision of oversights and governance reporting to senior management
- Participating in regional AML forums to share best practices, case studies and trends.
- Responsible to track progress of AML program / project’s milestones across the respective Countries
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder or above with major in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Project management and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to stakeholders effectively
- Be able to work independently and under pressure. Be a good team player.
- Understanding of an effective financial crimes risk management framework is advantageous
