**About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing, intuitive interfaces and compelling user experiences on website/mobile app.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate requirements into wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
- Effectively communicate design fundamentals, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, design, product, and operations team to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience, delivering the overarching strategy.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user research, and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in user experiences and usage.
- Employ design thinking and work with leadership in design planning, developing product strategies, establishing business goals, and execution plans.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, software, and industry best practices, and how the latest UX/UI technologies impact these trends.
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points to address design decisions.
- Supervise and conduct site-wide audits, user testing exercises, and concept validations, optimizing the site for conversions and achieving other organizational goals.
- Manage short-term projects reactively, medium-term projects with a tactical mindset, and long-term ideation in line with strategic direction.
- Proactive mindset, passion for design, and motivation to achieve results.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline.
- At least 3 years of UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX & Visual Design projects and participation in international design competitions.
- Good knowledge of web and mobile app (Android and iOS) design disciplines, information architecture, and UX/UI design.
- Experience in various design collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in tech, finance, and investment-related industries such as FinTech, Blockchain, or Crypto.
- Must be Proficient in English & Chinese language in both written & spoken.

**Bonuses**:

- Expert proficiency with Figma UX/UI design tool.
- Experience with motion design and graphics.
