- FMCGの新製品をゼロから立ち上げた経験をお持ちの方
- ビジネス構築やチームリーダーとしての経験をお持ちの方
- 3年以上の関連業務の経験をお持ちの方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方（社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため）

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end product development with partners
- Conduct market research to validate product-market fit and develop business models
- Devise and validate go-to-market strategies including sales, marketing and communications for different business ideas
- Define key performance indicators, success metrics and milestones
- Design and pilot operational processes for market launches
- Own and manage core company functions including product, growth, marketing and business development for initial phases of the ventures

**Required Experience**:

- Experience in building and growing new FMCG product(s) from scratch - as a start
- up leader, entrepreneur, general manager or product leader
- Demonstrated experience in building businesses and leading teams
- At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields
- Experience in product marketing in the FMCG space is a bonus Assessment Criteria
- Passion in business creation and entrepreneurship
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing workflow and managing multiple projects wit mínimal to moderate direction
- Employee may be required to travel in the future
