**Job Description & Requirements**
- Responsible for daily shift operations and supervision of staffing levels in a Chinese Theme Restaurant
- Identify customers’ needs and respond to customers’ complaints and feedback promptly
- Proactively communicate to service crew on their KPIs on sales, service and food quality, so that the team Sales Targets can be achieved
- Provide assistance whenever needed, during peak periods and manages inventories and controls
- Always maintain a close and professional working relationship with the all the stakeholders
- Responsible for induction training of new employees to ensure that the team deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in F&B industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
