We're currently looking for an **Education Relationships Lead, SANO** on a full time, permanent basis. This position sits within the Relationships team and is based in Singapore.

**The job**

Reporting to the Portfolio Head, SANO on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

- Leads the creation and execution of the engagement plan for education partnerships in order to deliver agreed KPIs and outcomes
- Leads the identification and implementation of opportunities to grow ACCA's business through education partnerships ensuring a clear and mutually beneficial proposition
- Identifies opportunities for ACCA recognition in education and qualification frameworks, working with colleagues from global teams to leverage these
- Aligned to growth expectations and ACCA strategy, determines which education partners should be prioritised both within the market and across borders
- Owns, monitors and drives the achievement of key performance indicators and outcomes for the education partners
- Personally leads relationships with key education partners, ensuring these are appropriately developed to deliver and exceed agreed KPIs and outcomes
- Ensures that multi-level relationship plans are in place for existing and potential education partners
- Leads the development of a community of education partners to identify and communicate insights to help improve global value propositions and optimise growth opportunities
- Works with colleagues from other specialist teams to make high value connections between partners and optimise the ACCA ecosystem
- Leads the education community to ensure that global solutions, content and expertise are leveraged and consistently implemented
- Works with national bodies and regulators to support their efforts in improving local qualifications, thereby enhancing ACCA's market position and reputation
- Works with education partners to ensure readiness for changes to the ACCA qualification and other products and services
- Leads and inspires a team of business relationship management professionals by role modelling the ACCA behaviours, building employee engagement, promoting diversity and inclusion and effective performance and development support
- Reports regularly on progress through the appropriate reporting mechanisms on agreed KPIs and outcomes linked to the balanced scorecard.

**The person**

We're looking for someone who:

- A relevant qualification in education, policy studies, finance/accountancy, marketing, communications or a related field
- Demonstrable knowledge, experience and success in developing strategy for business development and relationship management ideally in an education environment
- Preferably, in-depth understanding of the education, skills and employability for the accountancy and finance sector or proven ability to quickly learn and understand a new sector
- Broad understanding of current policy and issues, trends, challenges and opportunities relevant to the accountancy professional, education landscape and international markets especially for Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and the pacific islands
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, target driven mindset and self-motivation with the ability to achieve ambitious goals, lead, inspire and share experience with the education business relationships team
- Experience working across multiple projects and managing multiple internal and external relationships with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships up to and including board level
- A global perspective - experience of working in or with an international organisation
- Ability to understand and analyse complex problems and execute a plan to deliver effective tactical and strategic solutions
- Knowledge about ACCA suite of program offerings will be an advantage.
