**Job Responsibility**:

- Managing the procurement process for goods and services, including the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials needed for operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for goods and services, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and reduce lead times.
- Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely delivery of goods and services.
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
- Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
- Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
- Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
- Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
- Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
- Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
- Issue of Purchase Order, updating of Purchase Orders status and Project Cost updating.
- Managing inventory levels and controlling inventory costs
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolving any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
- Collaborating with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and costs, and ensure efficient distribution of goods.
- Evaluating and selecting logistics providers based on their ability to meet service requirements and cost-effectiveness.
- Continuously reviewing and improving procurement and logistics processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of import and export regulations.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes and best practices
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and oral to liaise with associates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
