**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Front Office and manage optimal yield and pricing tactics to develop and implement actions/ tactics on Room Sales.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and management of housekeeping and laundry areas.
- Recommend and implement revenue strategies to increase Rooms Revenues and Occupancy Rates via online travel agents.
- Recognise and correct any rate parity issues with internet booking sources/OTA and Best Rate Guarantee for Rooms.
- Achieve the revenue goals as stated in budgets and profit before tax.
- Manage room inventory and rate categories with the objective of yield maximisation.
- Actively participate in the monthly forecast covering each market segment as indicated in the marketing plan.
- Track and establish pickup trends, occupancy history and market segment development in order to facilitate forecasting process and to enable proper sales tactical action plan based on real trends analysis and information to provide lead indicators of the market.
- Read and analyse reports and market intelligence in order to make inventory yield recommendations to gain market share.
- Handling all guest requests, complaints or inquiries immediately and notify designated department/personnel for resolving the situation. Follow up to ensure completion and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the training and performance review of Front Office and Housekeeping staff.
- Direct and control the activities of the Front Office, and to ensure adherence to the club's policies and procedures.
- Generate and prepare reports for Front Office department.
- To assist in the department’s administrative tasks and ad-hoc project processes.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/ Hotel Management/ Finance/ Marketing/ Business or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in Revenue / OTA Management Role.
- Excellent conversation in both spoken and written and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent team player and role model.
- Experience training junior staff.
- Experience working with and setting up in house reservation systems and centres.
- Hands on management style.
- Experience with 4 and 5 star hotels, clubs, and resorts.
- 5 days work week, able to work on weekends and public holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
