**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement individualized programs for children with special needs
- Provide 1-to-1 or group behavior therapy and school shadowing to children (ages 18 months to 13 years) at our center in Yishun, home, or the client's school
- Develop lesson plans and deliver Early Intervention, Group Intervention, and social skills programs
- Provide timely reports and updates to parents regarding their child's progress
- Maintain and update reports and session records as required
- Assist, train, and advise parents and teachers of the clients
- Manage client cases and provide clear updates to Case Managers
- Attend case meetings
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma (Majoring in Special Education or Early Childhood Development Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs as a therapist
- Experience working with children with special needs in other settings will be considered depending on the type of support provided to them
- Energetic and independent worker
- Willingness to learn and improve professionally
- Must be willing and ready to travel to different parts of Singapore
- Must have a great passion and patience to work with children with special needs
- Singaporean only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month

- Behavior Therapy: 2 years (preferred)
