Behavior Therapist

Therapy Kidz specialises in providing quality and effective intervention programmes to children who requires additional support in their development. We believe in working closely with the children, their family members and people in their environment. We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team to make a difference to the little lives that come to us for support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement individualised programmes for children with special needs
- Provide 1-to-1 or group behavior therapy/ school shadowing to children (between 18 months to 13 years old) at our centre (Yishun), home or school environment
- Be in charge of the lesson plans and delivery of group School Readiness Programmes or social skills groups
- Provide timely reports and updates to parents regarding the child's progress
- Provide and upkeep reports and records of sessions as required
- Provide assistance, training and advise to parents and teachers of the clients
- Manage client cases and provide clear updates to Case Managers
- Attend case meetings
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma holders majoring in special education
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working with children with special needs as a therapist
- Prior experience in ABA/ Autism Therapy is a must
- Energetic and independent worker
- Willingness to learn and improve professionally
- Must have a great passion and patience to work with children with special needs
- Singaporean only
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:
- Behavior Therapy: 2 years (preferred)
- Special Needs Educator: 2 years (preferred)
