Keppel Corporation's Group Human Resources Team plays an important role in our employee’s lifecycle. As an Intern, you will support across in various HR functions such as talent management projects, recruitment, onboarding and off boarding as well as organising engagement and well-being initiatives for employees.

The intern will be responsible in:
- Talent management projects, talent engagement initiatives- Recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding-
- Assisting with new hires’ on-boarding process to ensure smooth transition into the organisation- Providing inputs and assisting with the review of new hires’ onboarding to enhance employee experience- Assisting with off-boarding of leavers from the organisation and providing inputs in the review of the off-boarding process- Employee engagement and well-being- Supporting focus groups discussion on employee engagement- Conceptualising exciting and engaging activities for employees (e.g. CSR activities, events to celebrate festive occasions)- Designing publicity materials (e.g. EDMs, Yammer posts)- Liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors- Gathering and reviewing participants’ feedback to inform future initiatives- Other ad-hoc duties

Learning Outcomes- Understanding of the HR processes involved in the employee lifecycle- How HR plays a critical role in supporting growth of business

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Degree in Business or Human Resources- Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as excel and powerpoint- Ability to craft effective employee communication materials- Project management and interpersonal skills through planning and implementing various initiatives- Ability to develop employee engagement and well-being initiatives that are aligned with the company’s goals and promote a healthy and productive workforce.
