Medical Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and growing boutique medical group seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Operations Manager to join our healthcare operations team.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Manage the procurement and inventory of medical supplies, equipment and medications, including negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement and inventory management activities

Manage the monthly staff rosters to ensure efficient work flow in the clinics

Manage the budget and financial performance of the operations department

Provide leadership and guidance to the operations, including medical assistants, nurses and administrative staff

Collaborate with other members of the clinics’ operations team to ensure seamless and efficient patient care

Communicate with external healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication across the teams

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency

Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Experience**

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a proven track record of success

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team

Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and staff at all levels

Experience with budget management and financial analysis

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

Experience in procurement and inventory management preferred

**Education**

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field
