**You'll spend time on the following**:

- Manage end to end Immigration process for new hires and employees on international assignments based on policies, procedures and guidelines
- Coordinate interaction and maintaining follow-ups with external immigration vendors for the processing of the visas and all immigration matters
- Provide support and assist employees to apply, renew and terminate visa when required
- Ensures that employees understand the immigration and global mobility philosophy, assignment types,processes and procedures
- Have conversation with employees, briefing of immigration process, provide and support documentation on business and work visa requirements
- Monitor effective immigration processes and assist to provide appropriate response to all immigration questions and resolve issues compliantly according to immigration regulations
- Work with the Global Mobility Teams and facilitate the administration of the Immigration and mobility process for new assignments, extensions and repatriations
- Coordinate with stakeholders eg; Recruitment, People, Staffing, Finance sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating on progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend appropriate requirements for all visa within required time frame and administer delivery of all services to employee
- Have some basic understanding of the immigration laws and norms
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents
- Efficiency in data entry and management, file creation and management and computer literacy
- Maintain, update and track internal systems such as Immigration report to ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date
- Maintain and update record for all visa processes and maintain knowledge on all status

**Here's what we are looking for**:
**Professional skills**:

- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2 years' experience in administrative, human resource or immigration role
- Strong customer service focus
- Good interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication including tact and diplomacy
- Proven ability to work productively both independently and in a team environment
- Strict observance of all applicable deadlines and submission
- Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties with strong research competency.
- Passion for working with and learning from individuals from various countries/cultures
- Ability and willingness to attend calls and monthly Global and APAC meetings
