We are seeking an **Business Support Admin**, this role is for someone who wish to learn about administrative work.
**This role will require you to be a**ble to commit to 10 to 15 hours per week with 3 days of working from the office.**
We're experiencing tremendous growth in both clients and team members. We have over 500 people in our global offices. We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems.
**What you'll do**:
Management of incoming mails including scanning, forwarding and organising, as necessary
Organizing and filing documents in the respective client folders
Communicating effectively with the team in identifying opportunities of improvement in mail management
Identifying the priority mails received from regulatory authorities
Providing general administrative support to the team arranging handling outgoing mails and other office tasks

Good interpersonal and communication of skills
Initiative in seeking out opportunities
Should work from the registered office with a commitment of specific number of hours
